Returns & Exchange Policy

Introduction

ANTI ORDINARY PTY LTD offers size exchanges within 7 days of receiving a product. We’ve never met a head we couldn’t fit, so we’re excited to get you into the best A2 for you.

We do not offer ‘change of mind’ refunds. Helmets are tough to build, using materials that don’t recycle easily. We’re not fast fashion, and as such we want you to consider an A2 properly before purchasing. 

In any case, we’re sure you’ll love it. If there’s any problem with the unit, or the size isn’t quite right, we’ll always sort you out. 

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, contact our team within seven days of receiving your item at [email protected] . Provide your full name, order number and the size you require for the exchange. Item must be in original, saleable condition. 

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for an exchange. If the exchange is due to a product fault, ANTI ORDINARY PTY LTD will cover the shipping costs.

International Exchanges

For international exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.

Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
